How can I access my sound card?
The Sound devices in your system can be found by using the DirectSoundEnumerate call and Capture devices can be found out by the DirectSoundCaptureEnumerate call.They use LPDSENUMCALLBACK() (DirectSound Enumeration callback functions) for enumerations. The SoundGUID thus collected can be used to create a LPDIRECTSOUND object for the corresponding sound device. Similarly SoundCaptureGUID thus collected can be used to create a LPDIRECTSOUNDCAPTURE object for the corresponding sound capture device.
