How do I create Procedure Delegates?

Delegates are used to work with the address of procedures. This is much like pointers in C and C++. Sometimes it's useful to pass the location of a procedure to other procedures.

Example working with Delegates:

Module Module1
Delegate Sub SubDelegate1(ByVal str as String)
Sub Main()
Dim Mess as SubDelegate1
Mess-AddressOf Display
Mess.Invoke(“Hello from Delegates”)
End Sub
Sub Display(ByVal str as String)
System.Console.WriteLine(StrText)
End Sub
End Module

The above code displays “Hello from Delegates” just like a normal program but it uses Delegates to do it.
