Terrible instructions. Start | Start Search and right-click Control Folders is poor. Does the Start Search mean type in "Start", "Start Search" or "scanpst". Without good instruction you are wasting everyone's time.

Hi All
Yea there is little bit confusion in 4th Step.
Actually the point is all about how to enable "Hidden file and folders" option but this might be different for different versions of Windows.
Its only a formatting mistake. For More Clear view, Please have a look on the following information:
a.) Click Start, and then click Run.
Note If you are using Windows Vista, use the Start Search box.
b.)Type Control Folders, and then click OK.
Note If you are using Windows Vista, right-click Control Folders, and then click Run as administrator.
c.)If you are using Windows Vista, double-click Folder Options.
d.)Click the View tab.
e.)Under Hidden files and folders, make sure the Show hidden files and folders option is selected, and then click OK.
