This article compares the C++ Builder 6.0 and Qt Creator 1.3.1 IDE's from the perspective of a beginning programmer: which IDE is simpler to learn? And is the IDE that is simplest to learn be the IDE that should be used in the future?

As I am interested in using Qt and have limited time to do so the article is useful. But a few comments of how to learn Qt effectively for a beginner would help a lot

But I would mention the Builders’s designer inheritance of forms, which is very useful. For other side the problem with copy of objects descendants from TObject on VCL, which is not a problem on Qt.
