Community Standards
Programmers Heaven is dedicated to developing and maintaining a friendly online community where members can feel relaxed and comfortable. Like any community, Programmers Heaven has certain standards, rules and expectations. When a member joins this community, they agree to abide by these rules.
By registering you agree NOT to:
Post, upload, send, email or submit any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, illegal, invasive of a person's privacy, or in violation of any law.
Infringe the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy or publicity rights.
Impersonate any other member, non-member, famous person or Programmers Heaven staff member.
Conduct personal attacks on other members, including but not limited to attacks on a member's race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, weight, disabilities and other identifiable characteristics.
Post advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, viruses and trojan horses.
Interfere with or disrupt the service and any hardware, e.g. servers, servers or resources, e.g. message boards, that are accessible through the service.
Post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.
By registering you agree that
You remain solely responsible for the content of your posts.
You will hold Programmers Heaven harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission and viewing of your messages, files, links or anything else you may post.
Programmers Heaven reserves the right to reveal your identity and any information we have that regards you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message, file, link or article posted by you.
You grant us the right to use, at our sole discretion, any messages that you submit to Programmers Heaven without
further notification provided that they are only for use on the Programmers Heaven website e.g. for basing a future FAQ page upon.
You are 13 years of age or older. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Programmers Heaven is no longer accepting registrations from users who are under 13 years of age.

The Terms of Use are legally binding and can be used in a competent court of law. Should any part of this agreement be found invalid in a court of law the rest of this agreement remains valid.
The Terms of Use shall be governed by Swedish law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally and exclusively settled by the District Court of Stockholm, Sweden. The language to be used in the proceedings shall be Swedish.
