Changing Forms

KrytenKryten Member Posts: 21
I am making a program (in delphi 6) which involves a lot of swapping between windows using
formx.showmodal; {where x is the formx is the form name}
but this leaves the forms infront of it still showing in the background, is there anyway to remove these forms.

E.g. how would i get rid of a form named 'form1' if i had just loaded 'form2', the
close;
command still leaves the original form visible.

tnx.

    Why not use

    formx.close;

    Then you'll close the window instead of hiding.
