Successful candidate will work both independently and as a team member on the analysis, design, programming and implementation of programs related to investigation case management and backgrounding.
The programmer will be responsible for preparing functional and design specifications for new software projects using Clarion 5. Analysis, architecture, development and testing enterprise applications. Writing end user documentation and assisting with Quality Assurance and Acceptance testing. Debugging and enhancing existing CW2.003 and C4(ABC) applications. Programmer will work closely with end users to achieve their desired results. Responsibilities will include converting a CW2.003 application to a C4, maintaining an existing C4 application and developing C5 application as required. Unit test own as well as team members application software.
Programmer with college degree or equivalent experience required.
Extensive experience with embedded code and third party templates.
Minimum 1 year Oracle relational databases experience
Minimum 2 years experience with Clarion 2.003 version or higher.
Demonstrated experience with CLA.COM, Clarion Zipcode library and SECWIN is a plus.
Experience using ABC templates in C4 is a Plus.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Must be a strong programmer with excellent debugging skills
Clarion to Oracle interface preferred.
