modeling transformation problem

hi! can anyone help me solve these problems out?

Problem # 1
Assume a line that is parallel with y-axis of point P. Assume also that this line passes through point Q. Compute the (concatenated) transformation matrix that will rotate point P by an angle theta about the said line.

Problem # 2
Assume a line segment from (0,0,0) to (1,1,1). Compute the (concatenated) transformation matrix that will rotate point P by an angle theta about the said line.
