Pc game -> xbox game

xbox uses a winCE OS, so i thought i could translate a game i made for PC using directX and C++.
But winCE is lighter than winXP, so is the code going to need a lot of change ?
Then what support do you use. I think the xbox reads dvd. Writting a dvd with your game is enough ? i guess not !

final question : is there any development kit in which i could paste my code and change whatever needs to be changed ?

thank you for any help,

    Yes, there is SDK for XBOX, called xdk, however its not freely available, but its out on the web in some software piracy circles.
