Sr. Developer: 150-200K total comp.
Qualified candidate will complement an experienced development team to enhance electronic trading software. The position demands strong technical and analytical skills, and a commitment to getting things done in a highly entrepreneurial environment. You will be part of the core development team. As such, you should be a team player with good communications skills. The technical requirements include C++, NT and SQL. Knowledge of the fixed income trading markets would be an asset. Experience with A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with a high GPA
should be your academic credentials.
Expert level (minimum 5 years) C++ programming skills. In-depth
understanding and practical experience of the Windows NT/2000 development environment. In-depth understanding of object-oriented design methodologies coupled with significant implementation experience. In-depth knowledge of SQL development. In-depth understanding and practical experience of implementing and working with a wide range of communications protocols, including TCP/IP socket programming. Working knowledge of Perl. Experience of designing and developing multi-threaded applications. Good understanding of transaction process. Good communication skills. Strong academic background, preferably BS/MS in Computer Science.
