I've tried to make programs that show GIF-pictures. It's just that I have Delphi3 and it doesn't support GIF (or at least I don't know how). Could somebody tell me if there is a way to open and proceed GIF.

Hi,
There is a gif component called Sulako available as freeware from: http://www.sulako.com/files/gifimg30.zip That is the download URL. It's an automatic install... easy :-) Just use it like you would use a TImage comp. You can show animated gifs too. Set all the properties at design time in Obj. Insp.
I've been using this comp for a couple of years in D3 D5... it's great! Have fun
