IIS is not working

Hi, I installed IIS on my Windows 2000 professional system but it did not work. My computer is not connected to any network and no Internet
connection exists. Here is some information :

-"ipconfig" command prints "cable disconnected" message.
-I installed Microsoft Loopback Adapter."ipconfig" command prints true IP adress now.
-IIS is started but I do not browse even default web site.

Help me please, thanks.

This can be because the World Wide Web component might not have been selected during installation by clicking "Details".

By all means, best to check all components you can see in the list.
