SQL - Access communication issues

lessthanmelessthanme Member Posts: 17
I transferred tables from an Access database into SQL recently and am running into a problem. At first everything was working fine but I modified some of the tables in SQL and since then, a form in Access which is based on a table I modified will not let me enter any new information or edit existing information. I checked in Access everywhere I can think of checking and it appears everything is still set to enable editing/deleting/adding records. I'm assuming the problem is somewhere is SQL but I've never really used SQL so I wouldn't know where to even start. Any thoughts?

Okay I figured out the problem. Apparently Access doesn't like working with SQL tables if they are not keyed. So I selected a primary key and its working fine now.
