: Can be used any hardware timers (if exists)?
: I experimented with this once. used IRQ 0 to trip a task maintenance routine every 15 ms. It worked fine. It was effectively a small pre-emptive multi-tasker and it was scalable.

It is a part of a small project I am working on.

Hi, if you are intrested in multitasking Y not go here: http://512.decard.net/?body=entries
there is a entry in the 512b compo, we started that has full multitasking in 512byte, so it fits in the boot sector of floppy, with full asm code.

This is Y we started the 512b compo for, for code like this and there more games, cdplayers, debuggers, all boot from floppys and are no more than 512bytes.
