Multi-Select CheckBox + SQL + ActiveReports

I am creating a dynamic report using DataDynamics Active Reports, scripting in C#. Data Dynamics is just a library plugin for VS.NET, need not worry about the details. My delima is the fact that I am new to C# and dont quite know how I can take 3 or more check boxes, have the user click them and then have the selected check boxes put together a SQL statement, (I have it from here down) call SQL Server and return the data to the Active Reports form. Thus far, my code looks like this:
static void Main()
{
Application.Run(new Form1());
}

private void CannedReportViewer_Load(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}

private void chkBoxCorrectional_CheckedChanged(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}

private void chkBoxAll_CheckedChanged(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}

private void chkBoxPeaceOfficer_CheckedChanged(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}

private void grpBoxCheckBox_Enter(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}

private void lblCivilian_Click(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}

private void lblPeaceOfficer_Click(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}

private void lblCorrectional_Click(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}

private void lblAllDeptEmp_Click(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

}
}
