aarunlalaarunlal Member Posts: 95
i have a javaScript function for validating file path

function CheckPath{
var myObject;
myObject=new ActiveXObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject");
if (!myObject.FileExists(Form1.textbox1.value))
{
alert('invalid path');
return(false)
}
return(true)
}

my problem is the above code is not working in ASP.Net pages... showing an error message "Automation server can't create object".
but it working properly in ASP and HTML pages....

can any one help me......
