Whats an easy way to run another .exe file in assembly

tasm 16 bit

I want to run a file s.exe thats in the same directory as my .asm file.
So the asm file does its thing and somewhere in there i want it to start the .exe file? Is there a simple way to do this?

    Ralf Brown's interrupt list is available on the net
    search at www.google.com should find it for you.
    INT 21h
    AH = 4Bh
    AL = 0 = load and execute
    DS:DX = ASCIZ filename, nul ending string, FNAME DB "afile.ext",0
    ES:BX = parameter block? ; could be buffer for info returned.
    (oops, I didn't look close enough at AsmGuru62's reply)
    (It clearly covers the question.)
