Is there a way to decrease the output .exe file size (Borland Delphi 6)?

just an empty window is 351KB

    You can reduce the program's size by using the "Build with Packages" option. But this has a major drawback: each computer on which the program runs needs to have the appropriate packages installed. I know that in D5 this is about 2MB(!), but if the program is designed to run on your computer only (or on other computers with D6 installed), it will save a lot of space.
    A second way is to redesign the program to a console application, but that might not be desirable in most cases.
