Please help me.. I can't use like ,i,, characters in pascal under win xp. Why? how can I solve this problem?

    There can be 2 problems with this kind of characters:
    1) They have a different ASCII code than ANSI code.
    2) They are not supported by the MS-DOS font.

    The first problem can be address by sing this code, and making the corect changes in your program:
    [code]
    { Map ASCII character codes }
    for i := 21 to 255 do
    write(i, ':', char(i), ' ');
    [/code]
    You can then use the correct number by either type-casting it as a char (as shown above) or by using the #-symbol before the code.

    The latter problem cannot be solved using Pascal.
