[blue] Alot of times when searching older messages, I get the following message within a post: [/blue][code] Sorry, this message is more than a year old and has been archived.
Therefore, we are unable to accept any further replies to it. [/code][blue] The problem is that the replies to that message are nonexistant. This makes it harder, because we would have to search for the replies to the message (And hope to find it using the forums search feature).
I think it would be great for the site if the replies to the older posts were still in the archived posts (While not allowing any more replies).
: : It would also be helpful to include an option in the "Lastest : : posts"-list to filter them on the favorite boards. : : Good point, will add to the todo list! : : : : Tore Nestenius : [blue][italic][b]/WEBMASTER[/b][/italic][/blue] Programmers Heaven [color=Blue]I apologize for adding to the list:-)

Link tag is surely useful and is very necessary. And if a new asp.net forum is going to replace this one, it will be great news. However, I just want to know if all old threads will be migrated as well or just a new empty forum to start with?

Oh, yeah, then I believe we're just going to have a new design for it.

Probably within 1-2 weeks we will replace this forum with a brand new version of the forum rewritten in ASP.Net
It will solve all those annoyances..

: Also, would it be possible to (at least) support a tag simular

It would also be helpful to include an option in the "Lastest posts"-list to filter them on the favorite boards. That way people who are specialized in a few languages can get the lastest posts on the boards for those languages.
It might also help if you included the time of the post. Then users can check if they already have seen a post or not.

Good point, will add to the todo list!

You're *using* the new ASP.NET forum. And yes, of course, we migrated everything.
