This is upload utility for the Romulator SNES/Genesis
Development Card. The sources are quick hacks, cause the
software that comes with the card isn't that great =(. It only
supports the raw format, but as we know and hate, there are
multiple formats mainly FIG/SMC/SWC and raw (ROM/MGD).load
