The FM microphone bug within the ELECTRX3.ZIP was in extended
ASCII characters so it was difficult to interpret. Once that was fixed,
I found that the circuit is bogus. the microphone amplifier is really a
flip-flop and will oscillate and completely ruin the FM signal. This was
obviously written by an incompetent or else the author wanted to cause
people nothing but frustration and grief. Also there never was an
"Issue #4". This file should be deleted from any and all web sites.

i agree with few previous comments - guy did not know what he do... beside ascii is not the best way to write the code. albeit some circuitry in stunt gun were correct - overall will not work as wrong type of capacitors were recommended.
