Schematic doesn't load correctly into Notepad, needs to be saved with correct ASCII format. Wordpad handles it correctly.

Some parts no longer available from Radio Shack. The 1N270 germanium diode is hard to find, maybe use 1N5711 (hard to get) or 1N914 or 1N4148 (easy to get). Replace 2N2907 with 2N4403.

For best performance, antenna and RF areas should be built using standard RF construction practices -- keep leads short, etc., etc., etc.
