This is cool   Posted on Friday, January 24, 2003

I have no use for this, but it really looks like a great way of thinking =)
with some modifications this system could use an encryption key.

i dont know electronics but with a counter like chip and some kind of led and key interface this might work like this:
the send line sends this '100101011011', then we have a key like this '1011' when the sendline sends the first bit '1' the first bit of the encryption key '1' tells the chip to translate the '1' to '0' and when the 2:nd bit '0' is sent then the chip is told not to translate.

key:
0=not translate
1=do translate

quite simple.... (for me) =)

i have been working with encryption/decryption (software) and i like the idéa's that pop upp on this site =)
