I read Art of Assembly and decided to find the UCR library and use it,but it was no longer at ftp.cs.ucr.edu or at least i couldnt find it there.

I agree. The website "text book" wasn't updates since 1996, but their files have been. This way, you can at least get the Library if not get the source files. But I do wish they still had it at ftp.cs.ucr.edu.
(They don't have it on there. Of course you couldn't find it. lol.)
