spSound Routines for Visual Basic

These Low Level I/O port Based sound routines were ported from
Borlandc++. The source for these routines originally appeared
in the May 1990 issue of, 'Inside Turbo C'. Since Microsoft
omitted sound routines from VB, I decided to write this little
.DLL to fill this void. The programs and file declarations are
pretty much self explanatory.
