RtDbCopy Component Ver. 1.04

TBatchMove is a very powerful component, but it has several
shortcomings. What it cannot handle: 1) if you don't define a
problem table and an error occurs, the whole operation will be
canceled 2) it cannot change field data types in most cases 3)
it cannot influence field data, it's copied as it is.
