Uses the Erlang B mathematical model to size network and
similar facilities. For example to answer 20,000 modem calls
with an average 4 minute duration in a 25 day month with a peak
hour volume of 20% requires 19 lines and modems. 1% of the peak
hour calls will get a busy. 22 lines yields 0.1% busy.
