80x25 VGA text mode "graphic" mouse

Display a mouse cursor with graphics resolution in Text Mode on
VGA video adaptors. Character pattern rewritting, is used for
this purpose. It works only with the 80x25 color mode and with
large/huge compliler models. TurboC v2.0 was used.
