File transfert should probably be 9600

I am not much of a programmer, i just learn what i need to get my projects going.

I spent a week trying to find a simple way to talk to the serial port to just dial a phone number.

most of the info i found require an iq of at least 200 and the skills and knowledge of a seasoned programmer.

your simple program ended a week of searching ant answers all my problems and even more, thanks again.

not enough stars in the rating, so all i can give is 5.

It compiles fine, but what does it actually do? Is there any documentation on this? Cause it looks very good to start with programming serial ports, if I manage to understand what it does!
