Serial communications device driver is a device driver for the
serial port of the IBM PC and compatible computers. It is not a
communications program. It does provide the tools to write your
own communications program. There are, of course, BIOS and DOS
routines for serial com- munications, but these are weak, and
are not used in serious programs. The SERIOUS device driver is
intended to fill this gap. C Source

I sold a few copies of this as shareware many
years ago, and have since lost track of, and
forgotten about it. At this stage, I would
like to change the status to GPL, or whatever
is an appropriate way to make sure the source
code becomes, and stays, freely available.
I can add the assembler source code to this,
too, although I have not compiled it in a
decade!

Any suggestions how to proceed? Is it
still worth the effort?

PS My 5-star rating might be viewed as
prejudiced :-)
