Aha-soft articons 2.1
It allows you to create, edit, view, extract and find icons and
manage icon libraries. With it you can create and edit icons
with image formats in standard and custom sizes, and in color
depths of up to 16 million colors. It contains different paint
tools including enhanced gradient and chess fillings. You can
import icons from image, cursor, library files and executables.
ArtIcons lets you scan files and folders for icons, delete
equal icons and arrange icons in libraries.
