The file contains the source code of a 2D alpha blending
library under DirectX 7.0 in 16, 24 and 32 bit mode. It also
supports MMX. The project also contains further utility
functions to detect certain CPU feature ( like MMX ) and the
exact color depth ( 555, 565, general 16 bit, 24 bit and 32 bit
).
