There are LOTS of 16 million color pickers out there. Many of them are slow. Most of them only show one color at a time. Colors on web pages do not exist alone. How they look together is very important. See three colors together. Compare how two colors look with a third. Open separate windows. Compare different combos. Display a full layout of sample web pages using any of 4,722,366,482,869,645,213,696 different combos. After an exhaustive search to find such a tool, we finally made our own. It works with hex or decimal color codes and even generates random colors. We use this tool a LOT. It runs especially fast on Netscape 3, even on an old, slow computer. 4Hexillion Color Combos is Forever Free Software licensed under the GNU General Public License of the Free Foftware Foundation. However, in the course of doing our web site, we have discovered few things that other webmasters may find helpful, many of which are not elsewhere available. This is one of them.

This is a cool tool for real time feedback of color combos. Thanks for building it. I was looking around for cool free code to include in my upcoming program (CodeAssets at www.codeassets.com), but I didn't know that I would be finding something that would be so useful to me personally as I try to color code my HTML interfaces. Thanks for letting everyone in on it. And more people will know about it as they download my program (hopefully) and see your code. BTW, I also am interested in the Inner Peace concept, (I have a website at www.12step.org). I wish you well with that.
