pre-teached already for numbers and alphabets, and it is
possible to teach it new characters. It was programmed by
Albert Archwamety. esspecially in subject of IMAGE PROCESSING
or Robotics. With VB sourcecode. OCR programming.

It gives me some idea on OCR, but actually more comprehesive OCR shall be done, for full character sets of Unicode.
