Full featured Serial Communication Component for Delphi 2.0.15
Fully Serial Communication with Delphi and Windows
95/98/NT/Me/2000. This tool is a fully redesign of my former
Tool for Windows 98/98. It enables an Application to
communicate through an serial port. It use only WinAPI and
Delphi functions, so no other third party software is needed.
It comes with several Demos and Source Codes.

Worke d flaless.Excellent examples.
