TVicCommSpy is a programmer's toolkit that lets you monitor in
real time what another Win32 application sends to or receives
from a serial (COM) port. Includes TVicCommSpy C++ class,
Borland Delphi/C++Builder VCL component, and TVicCommSpy
ActiveX control (OCX). Sourcecode included.
