Pong Mania v2.0

This is a Pong game that plays FM synthesized "background"
multi channel Sound Blaster music. While it does not run at
ideal speed under QBasic, (this is on a slow 486dx33 under
Windows) it is still proof that a QBasic game can have quality
Sound Blaster music during the game. And, if you compile it,
this runs more than fast enough.
