Altera to OrCAD is a simple utility that allows you to create a symbol for OrCAD, based on the contents of an Altera Max-Plus II Configuration File (ACF).
The tool reads an ACF file to extract user defined pin name/number/type information. This information is combined with information optionally present in a libary file (altera.ded) which contains definition of dedicated pins for a given part/package. The output is an EDIF representation of the symbol which can be imported directly into OrCAD Capture.
