I've seen a lot of code like this. Claims to be in language "X", but turns out to either:

a - call an API routine, the source language is nothing but a wrapper...

b - most of the code is written in assembly - once again, the language is just a wrapper.

In this case, this code qualifies as "b". Unfortunate...

And with all the conditional compilation code, it looks more like C.
