IncrediBuild is a development tool that substantially speeds up MSVC compilation time by distributing compilation tasks across workstations in the network. As a result, C and C++ project build times can be decreased by 90%.

IncrediBuild is integrated with the Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 and .NET development environment, and works as a "plug-and-play" solution, requiring no changes in code or in developers' working habits.

IncrediBuild's key features are:

- Compilation is silently distributed among user workstations without downgrading computer performance, reducing the need for expensive build machines.

- Robust, fault tolerant operation

- Standard MSVC build operations may be used at any time, and are fully interoperable with IncrediBuild builds.

- Reliable output even when compiling on machines with different operating systems, service packs, DLLs, etc. The output produced will always use the building machine's environment.

- Builds may be run from the MSVC IDE as well as from a strong command line interface

- An intuitive visual display shows the distributed build process and the build output.

- Simple, wizard based installation takes just a few minutes
