With this code you can split files into smaller pieces and then
you can combine those splitted files together. It is very fast
(for 300 MB file size takes only one minute and a half to
split). This code includes the file checking too, so when you
split files and then combine them together the program will
check if the combined file is the same as the file you have
split.
