Komodo's really nice, but this multilanguage support within one IDE is a two-edge weapon. If I needed a multilingual IDE, I'd use Eclipse with apropriate plugins, for example Epic or TruStudio (which is a better PHP and Python IDE but doesn't have Perl support).
