UTILLUVR - Win32 Utility Library in Assembly Language 1.0.2.2

The "UTILLUVR.DLL" library provides a collection of
miscellaneous utility functions (mainly related to command-line
processing) for Win32 application programs. There is also a
static linker library, "UTLLUVRS.LIB," which contains exactly
the same code as the dynamic link library. Application programs
that are linked with this static version of the library will
not require the presence of the "UTILLUVR.DLL" file at
run-time.
