Manage only files whose name is with less than 8 characters.

produce an error when the input file has more than 8 characters.

input file must not contain some characters.. (nice feature.. but it could be used as an option)... So in order to produce real rtf the solution is to do some replacement in the input file...

at least it is more or less free.
