This program is a simple way to initialize the serial port
(COM1-in this program) to accept information packets sent by
the mouse that is connected to it and to display the mouse
pointer in the DOS MODE before any other program or the OS
itself intializes the mouse. This is a beta version and the
effects of the program are undefined. By downloading the
program the downloader downloads it at his own risk.
