Doesn't compile with new Borland Free Compiler

Get errors when try to compile.
Makefile includes a Borland Config file.
It is incorrect. Makefile asks for bcc, but
free compiler defaults to the name bcc32
When compiling
Undefined symbols CN_RECEIVE and CN_TRANSMIT are
not in any include files. (Not in Borland, not locally)
Maybe it works in other formats, maybe not.
