Code4 is a program which is using simple math calculation to
encrypt and decrypt each character in a file. To
encrypt/decrypt a file, you need to have one file which has
characters. Each time when you encrypt/decrypt a file, a new
file is created to show the result and the original file still
exist. Comments is added inside the coding.
