Javascript Obfuscator v1.0 JCE - Javascript Chaos Engine is a
free of charge powerful javascript scrambler / javascript
obfuscator. With this tool you will be able to keep your
javascript source from prying eyes. This tool converts your
javascript identifiers to keys of variable length. The program
let you choose what to scramble, what to leave unscrambled,
take away all linefeeds and keeps non javascript code
untouched. Requires Java.

Just obfuscated my 160kb+ javascript project. Works wonderful. And thanks god it's free ;)

Free JCE goes right on into the HTML and changes anything that matches the variables from the script. As well it removes the end script comment //--> when you ask it to remove comments. The fact that it messes with the HTML makes it useless unless the JS is in a file all alone.
