CodeX Assembler is a Freeware x86 assembler supporting all x86
instruction sets up to SSE2 (AMD 3D Now! also included) with an
integrated linker that creates 16 and 32 bit flat model
binaries, 16 bit DOS COM and EXE files as well as 32 bit DOS
applications. The assembler provides numerous special features,
such as compiling it's own opcode maps (text files with a
seperate syntax defining CPU instructions that the assembler
will be able to use after compiling the map), user defined data
types procedure parameters and much more!

The pretty best free x86 assembler I've seen yet!

Have seen really better(for example asm.com) star   Posted by: FaFnir on Thursday, March 25, 2004

Its cool that can make all sort of code (.com,.exe16 .exe32 and so on) but its very sensitive on any unuseful characters like enter, space or tab(which are used to make your code good looking and readable)!!!

Hallo, starstarstarstar   Posted on Friday, May 14, 2004

It´s really cool that this Assembler supports even the PIV! But what about Windows applications?

Cool stuff! starstarstarstarstar   Posted by: User on Saturday, May 15, 2004

What I find the best about is that it supports even the SSE2!

Is there documentation in English? starstarstarstarstar   Posted on Tuesday, November 23, 2004

Is there documentation in English?

It is just for play.... star   Posted on Tuesday, February 08, 2005

U can't use .model or .stack directives, it doesn't let u use sentences like:
var1 db 'Hello'
message_long equ ($-var1) ; this last one...
and a lot of other stuff not working
Much far from the TASM or NASM.
